I was surprised to find that it also came with a little mascara. Rated 4 out of 5 on MakeupAlley. They usually come in the color white.
On the other side the Mascara comes with a molded brush to grab the tiniest lashes to give high volume in a single coat.
Both are great but the Marc Jacobs one can get messy fyi. I havent been a fan of Tartes mascaras so Im not sure why I thought the primer would be different. Rated 4 out of 5 on MakeupAlley. Lights Camera Lashes Mascara.
