If I touch them they feel a bit waxy but pliable and smooth. This ultra-creamy quick building formula is infused with Carnauba wax and nourishing olive oil to give you a rich fanned-outlook. This mascara is the worst mascara Ive ever tried considering its Revlon and priced at about 32 in New Zealand where I live. The mascara should not be flaky.
