It works better than Dolly Wink Eyebrow Pencil but im not that much satisfied with its texture. Its waterproof and smudge proof. Usually i choice light brown pencil and if it doesnt enough to make my eyebrow lighter i use eye brow mascara.

Review Dolly Wink Eyebrow Mascara No 3. It feels too light and liquidy for me so it isnt easy to apply on my brows. Wink is NYCs premier full service beauty bar. I bought the eyebrow mascara in Chinatown at the Penguin Shop for 15 dollars.
